Palm Springs...

Cindy, Connie, Debby and Robbin.
I found this picture from one our trips to Palm Springs, which we usually do every year in October. This is from a couple of years ago and we had gone to the church cannery and canned some fun food for our families.
I did not get to go this year, I was in Nebraska visiting my grandbaby Layla and daughter Jen while her husband was deployed.
I hear they had a great time. Debby was supposed to take pictures for me and send them but as you can see I am still waiting. (Hint Hint)
Anyway, we do have a great time, we always hit the street fair, go shopping, hit one of our favorite stores, "The Alley" and sometimes we hit up a movie. We get to lay by the pool, relax and read.
Always a great adventure with my sisters and sister-in-law Connie. Looking forward to next year.

Busy Hands

Debby took a knitting class and is hooked...hahaha. She learned how to make dish clothes and has been busy. She takes her yarn with her in the car, when she travels and when she is setting at home watching TV (whioh she doesn't do very often, she is soooooo busy) or has any spare time. She has made over 30 now and asked her teacher if she could learn something else. The teacher mentioned to Debby that they send them to the soldiers in Iraq to use as wash clothes and they love them. So Debby is making them, giving them to her teacher and they are being sent to the soldiers.

Way to go Debby, every little bit counts and I am sure the soldiers appreciate them.

The Chair Man...

Rob has a job on the side.
Since Zoey was a Senior in High School, Rob has picked up the cheerleaders chairs at the school and taken them to all the games and then back to the school to store them. He did it for all 4 years of Tristen cheering. He did it for the year after Tristen graduated. He did it for Danica's freshman year when she was cheering. Danica plays volleyball this year and is not cheering but they asked Rob to be the chair man again this year and he said he would. So if you want to find Rob and Debby on a friday night, they will be loading up chairs for all the football games and then returning them to the High School.

Family Fun

Here are some random pictures of when Robbin and Wendi went to visit the Farrer's
