WINTER GET AWAY...

The end of November, JT and Cindy, along with Debby and Rob and Jodie and Clark Bolton took a trip to the Mexican Riviera. I know, it is hard to believe that JT got me (Cindy) that far away from home. Just know that it took a strong drug and some threats to get me on the plane. When we arrived and saw the penthouse that we would be staying in we suddenly felt like the "Clampetts in Beverly Hills". I even woke up the first morning and made the bed. I was quickly rebuked by the others and was told that maids would be in each day to pick up after us. CAN YOU IMAGINE... We had a wonderful time in Cabo, the weather was great the beach was fantastic, the company was wonderful not to mention that we didn't have a care in the world. No one asking us what was for dinner, no one wanting us to take them somewhere, no one complaining about having no food in the house. Wow!!! It was fun. Don't get me wrong, we did miss the kids, but it sure was nice to get away and enjoy some "US" time. Another plus about our trip to Cabo is that I now have a passport with one stamp in it. hahaha

THE GOODRICH'S HAVE "SNAPPED"

If we look like geeks with these cards on our heads, just know that we are having tons of fun on our weekly family game night. Each Sunday night after dinner, we gather round the table a play cards. This particular game is called "Oh Snap" and it is lots of fun. We look forward to game night each week and it really helps with the " I'm so stressed that I can hardly stand it" aspect of life. As you can see we have lots of fun, we also eat lots of cinnamon bears and chocolate kisses. The simple pleasures of life - aren't they great. You all should try it sometime.

HOTEL FARRER...

Pete was going to be in the LA area for the Police games. Jen and Layla were coming for a visit. So Wendi, Jen, Layla and I headed to Debby's house for a couple of days to hang out, then we were going to pick Pete up and all head back home.

We tried to take Layla to Disneyland but we went a little later and they had sold out of tickets, so we went to Downtown Disney for the day and hung out. You can check those pics out here.

Here are some pictures of when we were at Debby's...by the way, thanks to the Farrers for letting us stay with them, we had a great time.

She is going to work this summer at Hogi Yogi.

In the fall she will be heading to Utah State on a full scholarship.

She plans to go into Youth Development and Leadership.
